TWBAFF Team is a collection of individuals that lives, works or plays in Dallas. Each team member focuses on family and desires to see Dallas become America’s Best City. 


James has been with his lovely companion and wife for 23 years and is the father of two sons and two daughters.  He has been a proud member of Southern Hills Church of Christ for over 10 years. James attended Frank Phillips College for two years and received a Bachelor of Applied Study from Abilene Christian University. He was inducted into the Sports Hall of Fame at Abilene University in 2017. James has been an NBA Sports Agent for 5 seasons. He worked at Chevron USA as one the top Production Specialist in the Gulf of Mexico for over 13 yrs. He retired as a Project Manager from Wright’s Construction after 10 years of building Custom Homes and Commercial Projects.

Dr. Donaldson is an Assistant Professor at The University of Texas at Tyler, teaching in the Soules College of Business. She teaches technology courses and provides faculty mentorship on industry sponsored projects, service learning and community engagement activities. To help facilitate students’ professional growth, Dr. Donaldson started a campus-based project management club. In this setting, students are provided with resources to prepare for credentials such as the PMP or CAPM and numerous networking opportunities. She’s an active member of the Dallas chapter of PMI and serves in the Applied
Project Management Division of the chapter.

Janyelle received a B.S. in Criminal Justice and a M.A. in Counseling at Prairie View A&M University. She has built an extensive resume in corrections with over 12 years’ experience as a Correctional Officer and Counselor to inmates of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) as well as juveniles in Texas Youth Commission (TYC). Additionally, she worked as Program Director for Inmates Programs, helping incarcerated felons achieve educational goals as well as counseling and coaching them in creating and obtaining life goals. She is currently the Program Coordinator for Dallas Promise Program in connection with El Centro College which allows D.I.S.D students to attend college, provides educational and life coaching to prospective students throughout their college career.

Marcus is a US Air Force veteran, husband of 27 years, father of three daughters and proud member of Southern Hills Church of Christ for 16 years. He serves as trustee and is a candidate for deaconship. Marcus received his Associate of Science Degree from Frank Phillips Jr. College and attended Paul Quin College for one semester until he joined the Air Force.
